Due to the way airlines handle bookings with two separate airlines on one itinerary (say VA one way and QF return) online check-in is not available.

This is an industry standard and we recommend these workarounds:

– If online check-in is essential, please create two separate bookings in Serko (online booking fee applies) or ask your Consultant to create 2 bookings (at the offline booking fee)

– Book one airline both ways

– Or, check in at the airport kiosk on arrival
